3 Months

Nonna Visit

This week I had to go back to work. It was hard to leave my little guy behind but the transition was made so much easier by having my mom here to watch Weston for four days. I know they enjoyed their snuggle time together and it put my mind at ease for those first few days back. Thanks Mom!!

Baby Talk

Weston has been full of baby coos lately. I love it! Here are some pictures of him having a nice conversation with Daddy.

Growing Boy!

I seriously can't believe how fast Weston is growing. I realize all babies grow quickly but Weston is sprouting up like a weed. Yesterday I put on this cute outfit that we got from my boss (thanks Kathy!). It's a 6 month outfit and being that Weston isn't even 3 months yet, I thought for sure it would be too big. It wasn't at all! Looks like it is time to dig out some more clothes for this growing boy to wear!

Brrrrrr.....

The temperature here was -11 this morning with a windchill of -30. On days like today I wish I had an outfit like this to wear.

Pajamas

We love these new jammies from Aunt Sara! Our whole family is pretty jealous of Weston.

Brothers

There is no one that can make Weston smile more than Alex. Weston seriously loves to watch his big brother and smiles whenever Alex talks to him. There are times when I'll ask Alex to come over or to talk to Weston to see if he can make him happy when Weston is being fussy. Alex often has better luck than I do. Even though Weston has taken away a lot of mommy time from Alex, Alex has never acted out against Weston. I'm guessing that will change at some point so we'll just enjoy it now. It's pretty obvious these two boys will have a pretty special relationship though.

I love the following picture because I remember exactly what was going on. Alex was saying in his sad voice, "Mom won't let me play Wii." while Weston listened intently.

Rose Bowl

Unfortunately the Badgers couldn't pull out a Rose Bowl win but we did our best to cheer them on in our Wisconsin gear.

Bowling

We took Alex bowling for the first time this weekend. I was a little worried he would get frustrated since he's used to knocking out spares and strikes when bowling on the Wii but he didn't. He did a good job bowling granny style and was doing it all by himself by the end.
