Jill's Bridal Shower

Alex and I made a trip to Texas to put on a bridal shower for Jill, which my mom hosted at her house. We ended up with a good turn out and had a lot of fun at our fiesta themed shower. We are excited for her big day coming up in December.

to help Jill put on her make-up but they had to do it

blindfolded. They started out being pretty kind but got

a little more crazy towards the end. Jill was a great sport!

Nonna & Aunt Jill Visit

While Andy and I were on our Utah vacation, my mom was nice enough to come watch Alex for the week. Jill also came down for a few days to help out and spend some time with Alex. I think it's pretty safe to say Alex had a great time doing numerous fun things with Nonna and Aunt Jill.

Wildlife

Andy and I saw a pretty good variety of wildlife while out in Wyoming. We saw four bald eagles, one moose, a baby black bear, a grizzly bear, and had multiple buffalo spottings (including a herd of over 100). We also saw multiple elk and deer along the way.

was weird (and a little creepy) to watch him walk

literally right by our car.

Graduation Trip

Andy and I flew out to Utah last week for my OTD graduation. Then we drove up to Wyoming to spend a few days exploring Grand Teton National Park and Yellowstone National Park. We had a great time and it was nice and relaxing. The weather was nice, scenery was beautiful, and we saw some good wildlife out there.

Wedding Reception

Friday night we went to a wedding reception for Andy's cousin, Matt, and his wife, Sarah. Alex was a dancing fool the entire night! We were finally able to drag him off the dance floor at 10:30pm. I think he would have stayed and danced the entire night if we had let him.
